F.A.Q.

My bag doesn’t deflate/I am unable to achieve a vacuum seal. How do I fix this?
This is generally caused by an incompletely locked zipper seal. We suggest applying more pressure to the seal clip when zipping the seal. Re-zip the zipper seal and attain a complete lock before attempting to vacuum the air out of the bag.

What is the expected transit time for an order?
Orders are generally shipped the following business day. We offer shipping through USPS Priority Mail. Priority Mail is generally a 1-3 business day service, depending on the proximity of the destination to our location in Austin, Texas. Please refer to the following link for more details: https://www.usps.com/ship/mail-shipping-services.htm.

Where is my tracking number? When will my order arrive?
We generate a USPS tracking number for every order during order processing, and we email this tracking number once order processing is complete. Expected delivery date for an order will be populated by USPS tracking services at the item’s first scan, which generally occurs in the late evening on the day it is shipped.

I placed an order recently, but I never received an email from VacuFlat. Where is my order confirmation?
We occasionally see issues with our order confirmation and tracking number emails getting sent to Spam folders. We encourage you to check there first. If they are located there, please help us by clicking the ‘Not Spam’ button in for the email. If the emails are not in the Spam folder, please contact us, and we will send a new invoice out.
